      We notify our reward members of their points balance by email once a month.

       

      Q. What are Pending Points and Available Points?

      There are 2 types of points : Pending Points and Available Points.

      • Pending Points
        Pending Points are the number of points you have earned since your last purchase. They are not available for redeeming yet.

      • Available Points
        Available Points are available for redemption anytime, for 1 point is worth $1. You can redeem every 5 Available Points ($5 value) for every purchase.

      Pending Points will become Available Points 15 business days after the order is shipped.

      Q. I cannot find my Available Points.

      Please check the status of your points.

      • Making a purchase
        After you complete your order, you will get Pending Points first. Pending Points will become Available Points 15 business days after the order is shipped.

      • Referring your friends
        Invite your friends to LensPure.com. Once you sent a referral email, you will get Pending Points in your account. The points will become Available Points 15 business days after we ship out your friend's order.

      Q. Will I earn points when redeeming my points?

      Yes, you will earn your points for every purchase.

       

      Q. Do points expire?

      Yes, your points will expire 12 months after you earn them. You can keep your points from expiring by having an active account and earning points.

      • Example 1
        You earn 10 points in January

        If your account remains inactive for 12 months, 10 points will expire at the end of next January.

      • Example 2
        You earn 10 points in January

        You redeem 5 points in March (Outstanding balance is 5 points)

        You earn 5 points in December (Outstanding balance is 10 points)

        The current 10 points will expire at the end of December next year.

       

      Q. Is there a minimum when I am redeeming my points?

      To redeem, you need to have at least 5 Available Points in your account.

      The minimum points redemption is 5 Available Points ($5 value) or a maximum 25 Available Points ($25 value) for a single purchase.

      *Points can be redeemed in increments of every 5 Available Points.

       

      Q. Can I redeem my points to pay for my shipping costs?

      No, points can only be redeemed from your total purchase.

      *You cannot redeem points for shipping only.

       

      Q. Why can I not redeem my points?

      The following causes are some possibilities,

      • The points in your account are Pending Points and not ready for redeeming.
        Please see your detailed points transaction history from your account.

      • You do not have enough Available Points in your account.
        You cannot redeem points until you collected at least 5 Available Points.

      • You have already redeemed 50 points within a month.

      Q. How do I track my points?

      Log in to your account to see your points. You can check your points from [My Rewards] on My page.

      Q. What happens to my points if I close the account?

      Closing the account means you lose the points.

       

      Q. Can my points be combined or shared with other account holders?

      No, It is not possible to add or transfer your Rewards points to someone else's account.
